Reset your password

Request a password reset link

Use the email address associated with your Atlas account. For privacy, the confirmation message is the same whether or not an account uses that address.

1. Open “Forgot password” in the account portal.
2. Enter your email address and submit the request.
3. Check your inbox and spam folder.
4. Open the link within 30 minutes and choose a new password.

If the link no longer works

Request a new link if the previous one has expired or has already been used. Never share this link with anyone.

A successful password reset signs out the account’s sessions. You will need to sign in again. If your account has no email address, use your linked sign-in provider, such as Steam or Discord.
