Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Atlas Works public informational website and its game presentation pages. It does not cover the account management application or community services accessible through links.
The public pages do not contain a registration or contact form and do not require you to create an account to view them.
Who to contact
Atlas, a sole proprietorship operated by Lukas Gouron, is the website publisher. Address: 18 rue des Mésanges, 87700 Aixe-sur-Vienne, France.
For any question about your data or to exercise your rights: partenariats@atlas-works.fr. The publisher’s full identity is set out in the legal notice.
When you email us
An email link opens your email app. No data is sent to Atlas through that link until you decide to send your message.
We then receive your email address, the message content and any information or attachments you choose to send. These are used to understand your request and respond to you, on the basis of Atlas’s legitimate interest in handling messages addressed to it.
Sending a message is optional. Share only the information needed for your request; do not send passwords or sensitive data.
Technical browsing data
Visiting a website involves technical exchanges with its server. Hosting may generate access logs containing, in particular, the IP address, request date, requested resource and technical browser information.
These logs may be necessary for website operation, error diagnosis and security. The absence of an audience measurement tool therefore does not mean that no technical data exists. The website is hosted by OVH SAS, identified in the legal notice.
No tracking cookies
The public pages do not set cookies or use advertising trackers or audience measurement tools. Embedded images, fonts and videos are served by the website, with no embedded third-party video player.
These pages do not ask for cookie consent because none of these trackers is used.
Access and retention
Information sent by email is intended for Atlas to process your request. Technical email and hosting providers may be involved in its transmission or storage to the extent necessary for those services.
Messages are retained to process your request and follow up on the exchange, and then, where applicable, to meet legal obligations. Retention arrangements for technical logs depend on the hosting configuration and the obligations applicable to it.
For more information about the retention or processing of an exchange involving you, contact partenariats@atlas-works.fr.
Account and community
When you follow the link to the Atlas account portal or to RedLine Community (new tab), you leave the scope of these public pages. Those services may have their own data processing and cookies.
Read the information displayed on the service concerned before creating an account or submitting information.
Your rights
Under the conditions provided by the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you may request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and, depending on the processing concerned, object to it or request data portability.
To exercise these rights, write to partenariats@atlas-works.fr stating your request and the details needed to locate the relevant exchange. Additional information may be requested if necessary to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).

This page is updated when the operation of the public pages changes. The revision date is shown at the top of the page.
